Welcome to the 16th Judicial Circuit Court's Court Appointed Attorney New POLICY EFFECTIVE JULY1, 2012 The Sixteenth Judicial Circuit accepts Court Appointed Registry Applications year round. Effective July 1, 2012, the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit will have a general registry and a limited registry. The limited registry will include only those attorneys willing to waive compensation in excess of the flat fee prescribed in Florida Statute 27.5304, notwithstanding the provisions of Florida Statute 27.5304 (12). The court will appoint attorneys from the limited registry unless there are no attorneys available to accept the appointment on the limited registry.
