• Assistant State Attorney in Dade County, 1989-1993
• Assistant State Monroe County 1993-2000
• Appointed to the Monroe County Circuit Court by Governor Jeb Bush in October 2000
• Re-elected without opposition in November, 2002
• Present Assignment:  All circuit court cases in Upper Keys Division of County
• Former Board of Directors, Upper Keys Trauma District
• Married with four children
